These Terms of Use & Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the App.

Med Standards is a mobile application designed to help users access medical standards and reference materials. Although our content aims to be accurate and up-to-date, it is provided for informational purposes only. We do not offer personalized medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this App.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
- Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. License and App Use

License Grant: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Doc Apps, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your compatible devices for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions: You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App;
- Interfere with the App’s operation or circumvent any security measures or paid subscriptions;
- Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activity.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, and software code, are owned by or licensed to Doc Apps, LLC.
No Rights Granted: This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the App except for the limited license granted above.

5. Medical Disclaimer

No Medical Advice: The App provides general medical and health-related information, standards, and references but does not provide any individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Consult Professionals: Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for any questions regarding your health or medical conditions.
No Warranties: Doc Apps, LLC makes no representations or warranties concerning the accuracy or completeness of the information provided in the App. Use the information at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doc Apps, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doc Apps, LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of or relating to your use of the App or your breach of this Agreement.

8. Changes to the App and Termination

Changes: Doc Apps, LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time without liability.
Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion if you breach any part of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia, USA, unless otherwise required by local law.
